Where Your Money Goes

All donations and revenue raised at Florida SIDS Alliance are used to help the families and loved ones who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with SIDS, education about ways to reduce the risk and supporting researchers in the search for a cause.

* Sleep Baby Safe and Snug – English and Spanish – that are being distributed                   to hospitals, healthy start coalitions and health departments around the state.

2016 What a DOLLAR will BUY – Florida SIDS Alliance – What a DOLLAR will BUY

$25.00 – 625 printed Safe2Sleep information cards for parents can be sent to hospitals in Florida
$50.00 – Print and mail 53 newsletters to SIDS parents and professionals to provide the latest research information about sudden unexplained infant death
$150.00 – Provide three “Pack and Play” portable cribs to needy families to provide a safe sleep space for a young infant
$250.00 – Provide “Safe Sleep for Infants – Train the Trainer” class for Healthy Start or Health Department providers or others who have direct contact with the family with an infant under six months of age.
