Regional
- Education – Teaching Back to Sleep class to High schools, Day care providers, churches, health care professionals, EMTs, Firefighters, Police – content already developed
- Employee Giving Campaigns (CHC/CFC/FSECC) – attend campaigns meetings and/or kick-off festivities for a local, state, or federal employees
- Support group – form new group or restart a group with health professional/social worker who has support group or facilitator skills
- Quilt – coordinate making of a regional quilt and coordinate squares (quilt days to make squares)
- Fund Raisers – golf tournaments, fashion shows, wine tasting
Statewide
- Newsletter – Write article, poem, personal story; help with printing and/or mailing
- Letter writing – Writing campaigns to specialty organizations (funeral directors, funeral homes, hospitals, nurses, and others)
- Southern Women’s Show – Coordinate yearly event in Orlando or Jacksonville (estimate 20-30 thousand visitors at each site – utilize local college or hospital nurses to help with volunteering at booth
- Attend board meetings – serve as a committee chair, assist with leadership council with CHC; serve as a board member or officer
- Computer support – SIDS server; website development; standardize forms; develop platforms for board members, blog posting on Florida SIDS blog
- Memory plaque – solicit names, printing, coordinate use at events
